Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that the PTI core committee has given Prime Minister Imran Khan the power to convene the National Assembly session and fix the date of voting on a no-confidence motion.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Sh Rasheed said after the core committee meeting that the PM has given a task to bring one million people from across the country to the D-Chowk.
Sheikh Rasheed said that the government was not worried about the no-confidence motion as the preparations are completed to thwart the opposition’s move.
He said that the PTI core committee is agreed to stay in touch with the allies.
