Taking a big step for the welfare of orphan children sheltered at different centers of the province, Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday directed the secretary social welfare to hire the services of private sector for the proper upbringing of these children, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

He also directed him to frequently visit orphanages in order to address the issues confronting these kids.
