Lahore Qalandars celebrated the selection of Abdullah Shafique and Zaman Khan, members of their squad in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8, in Pakistan team for the three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.

All the players of Lahore Qalandars, in a small celebration ceremony, congratulated both the members of their squad over their entry into the national T20I squad.

Lahore Qalandars co-owner Sameen Rana, skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi and head coach Aaqib Javed praised Abdullah Shafique and Zaman Khan, wishing them best of luck.

It is to be noted here that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had announced a 15-player squad for the T20I series against Afghanistan.

The matches will be played from March 24 to 27 in Sharjah. All-rounder Shadab Khan will captain Pakistan team.
