Small-town Millionaires: Pakistani fishermen catch 300 rare Sowa fish

 Pakistani fishermen caught hundreds of rare fish, Coastal Media spokesperson Kamal Shah said on Wednesday.

“Thatha fishermen were on the job at the boat of Hanif Katiyar when they netted 300 rare fish – Sowa –  yesterday,” Coastal Media spokesperson Kamal Shah said.

He added: “It is a rare and valuable type of fish.”

Many fishermen keep the sale of this fish secret over safety concerns.

This type of fish is known for its use in several medicines and its price is said to be in millions.
