SC dismisses PML-N runner up’s plea against PTI MPA in PP-37

Supreme Court has dismissed the petition filed by PML-N candidate Sheikh Gulzar against PTI PMA Zameer Bhatti over alleged rigging in PP-37 Hafizabad during general elections 2024, reported 24NewsHDTV channel. 

Sheikh Gulzar had challenged MPA Bhatti’s victory in court. Earlier the Lahore High Court had rejected PML-N’s candidate’s petition. After hearing the arguments, the Supreme Court also upheld LHC decision and confirmed Zameer Bhatti's win as an MPA.
