PCB confirms Hussain Talat ruled out of Bangladesh series after shoulder dislocation
All-rounder Hussain Talat has been ruled out of the Bangladesh series after dislocating his left shoulder during the second ODI against Bangladesh, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday.
According to the PCB, Talat sustained the injury while fielding during Pakistan’s clash against Bangladesh.
The all-rounder was immediately attended to by the team’s medical staff on the field before being shifted to a hospital for further assessment and treatment.
Medical examinations later confirmed that Talat had suffered a dislocation of his left shoulder, dealing a fresh injury blow to Pakistan during the ongoing three-match ODI series.
In an official update, the PCB said the injury is expected to sideline the all-rounder for 12 to 14 weeks.
The extended recovery period means Talat is likely to miss a significant portion of upcoming domestic and international action.
