Cases on terror charges, land grabbing lodged against PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh

The police in Karachi have registered a case on terrorism charges against PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh while more cases were also lodged against him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
A close aide of Haleem Adil Sheikh was also arrested.
The first case was registered at Gulshan-e-Maimaar Police Station under sections related to terrorism, attempted murder and other threat to kill.
The case was got registered by government officer Abdul Waleed.
Sources revealed that preparations were under way to get registered more cases against Haleem Sheikh and another case can be lodged against him today.
The sources further said Haleem Adil Sheikh in the past had got constituted a joint investigation team (JIT) to probe terrorism cases against him.
The Federation for the first time had set up a JIT on a provincial affair.
While in connection with the second case, a man named Shahzada Faheem was arrested. According to police, they have recovered a pistol and a bag full of fake file and stamps about different projects and lands. The police said the arrested individual could not produce before them the licence of the pistol.
Another case was registered against Haleem Sheikh at the anti-encroachment zone police station for occupying 40 acres of government land. The FIR contained sections relating to land grabbing.
