The involvement of some anti-state elements belonging to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to trap the innocent overseas Pakistanis was exposed, 24News HD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, overseas Pakistanis were forced to raise anti-army slogans in the protests of the PTI.
An overseas Pakistani lady who was sloganeering against the army in a PTI protest explained that overseas Pakistanis are being told in rallies to raise slogans against the army.
When she was asked by the media that have you know about the reality of the slogans against the army, she said she is a housewife and don't do much research on Army and don't know whether it is the army, Nawaz Sharif or Shahbaz Sharif.
She added that slogans have to be raised at the will of those organizing the rally. But she acknowledged that she joined the protest on her own will and raised slogans just following her friends.
