ATC reserves verdict about Imran Khan’s polygrahic, photogrammetric tests

Anti Terrorism Court in Lahore has reserved its verdict about PTI founder Imran Khan’s refusal for polygrahic and photogrammetric tests in May 9 cases.

Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Manzar Ali Gul conducted the hearing. Barrister Salman Safdar appeared on behalf of Imran Khan.

The prosecutor contended that the former PM Imran Khan refused to undergo test without his lawyer in jail after court order. The prosecutor said Imran Khan's voice match test was a legal requirement.

He requested the court to direct Imran Khan to undergo polygraphic, photogrammetric and voice match tests.

Barrister Salman Safdar told the ATC judge that Lahore High Court has declared the applications on which Imran Khan's voice match test was requested is legal.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, ATC judge reserved the verdict which will be announced later.
