The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team, which had gone to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Speaker Sindh Assembly (SA) Agha Siraj Durrani’s home in Karachi to arrest him in a corruption case, had to return emptyhanded on Thursday when they even failed to enter his place despite waiting outside it for over 15 hours, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The PPP workers loyal to Durrani were still present outside his residence till the filing of this news.
Meanwhile, there is another problem for the Sindh Assembly speaker as an accountability court on Thursday rejected his bail application in MPA Hostel ‘embezzlement’ case after he failed to appear in the court.
