HEC allows students to access science labs for research

In a major development, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) on Tuesday allowed all students of government universities and research institutions to access scientific laboratories, reported 24NewsHD TV.

The HEC also asked the government and research institutions to submit a complete list of scientific apparatus.

The Higher Education Commission asked all the government and private universities' students to submit their data under the ASIP Programme 2025-26. 

This programme aims to provide easy access to students through the latest equipment. HEC said that this programme will allow all the researchers, scholars and deserving students to take advantage of this programme.

The data will be available on the main and official portal of ASIP Portel. The registration of these research tools to explore themselves globally.

Today (October 14, 2025) is the last date for submission of data.
