Millions including Indian currency notes recovered from TLP chief Saad Rizvi’s house
Law enforcers conducted a raid at the residence of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Saad Rizvi, leading to the recovery of large amounts of cash, gold, and other valuables, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the official statement released by Punjab Police on Monday, the operation resulted in the seizure of Rs114.4 million cash and PKR 6.34 million gold.
The police also reported the recovery of 50,000 Indian rupees, along with other precious items from the TLP leader’s home.
Authorities have stated that the recovered assets have been taken into custody for further investigation.
The police added that details regarding the source and ownership of the recovered items will be determined during the inquiry process.
