NCCIA arrests three accused involved in BISP fraud 

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Sukkur has arrested three accused involved in fraud from Jahanian, a town in Khanewal, during an operation, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the NCCIA spokesperson, arrested accused include Muhammad Qasim, Ali Ahmed, and Muhammad Rashid.
The accused had embezzled more than Rs 4.9 million from the public in the name of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).
NCCIA registered a case under the PECA Act and the PPC provisions against the accused.
Arrested accused were caught during the operation in a local market of Jahanian Khanewal.
The arrested suspects were accused of hacking identity agent IDs and withdrawing money.
Further investigation is underway while the network and sources are being traced.
