High-level security meeting decides to take stern action against Sialkot incident accused

A meeting of the apex committee on security Wednesday held in Islamabad with Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan in the chair, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The high-level meeting was attended by the top civil and military leadership to mull over the ongoing situation in Afghanistan. Chief of Army Staff, DG ISI and federal ministers attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the law and order and security situation in the country.
The meeting held consultations on the ongoing situation in Afghanistan while the Pak-Afghanistan border situation will also come under discussion.
The meeting also discussed the lynching incident of a Sri Lankan national in Sialkot at length and decided to take all the accused to the task.
The meeting also discussed the upcoming OIC session on Afghanistan to be held in Islamabad.
