Swat Snow Festival 2026 held in Malam Jabba

The Swat Snow Festival 2026 was organized in Malam Jabba under the auspices of Frontier Corps North Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Corps Commander Peshawar, other high-ranking officials and a large number of people attended the festival.

The event featured 20 sports, including skiing and tug-of-war, in which the youth actively participated.

Snow-covered mountains, pleasant weather, and a variety of sporting activities reaffirmed Malam Jabba's reputation as a prominent tourist destination.

Akhtar Munir secured first position in the jeep rally, while Ijaz Khan stood second and Hadi Stranger finished third.

The snow kabaddi title was won by Azor Lagoon, whereas the tug-of-war competition was won by Kalam United team.

The people of Swat welcomed the festival, saying that such events will promote tourism.

The primary objective of the event was to promote winter tourism in the region and showcase breathtaking beauty of Swat, Malam Jabba and Kalam Valley during the winter season.
