Police called as JI, ANP workers come face to face in Karachi

The situation became tense Sunday after the workers of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Awami National Party (ANP) faced each other at a polling station in Manghopir, Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The workers of both the parties shouted slogans against each other.
More contingents of police were called to prevent the situation from going worse from bad.
It is to be noted here that the local bodies’ elections are being held today in 16 districts of Sindh including Karachi and Hyderabad.
The polling process will continue till 5pm.
