Put Hafeez Sheikh, Governor SBP Raza Baqir names on ECL: Kh Asif

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Asif Monday demanded that PM Advisor Abdul Hafeez Sheikh and State Bank of Pakistan Governor Raza Baqir names should be included on Exit Control List.

“This budget is the basis of complete destruction. Jahangir Tareen knows all the secrets so Jahangir Tareen has been chased away,” he said while addressing in a National Assembly session.

He said fill performance bonds with Hafeez Sheikh and Raza Baqir and tell them that if the targets are not met, they will not be able to leave the country. “Everybody knows why Nawaz Sharif's rule ended. I don't need to go into details. I know Nawaz Sharif since 1964. I am confident that Nawaz Sharif has rendered immense service to the country in the past. They used to say that Nawaz Sharif will not come back, but did he come? Has this government come for destruction and ruin,” he said.

Commenting on the federal budget he said that this budget was a disaster, they have nothing to do with this soil.

“Imran Khan's only promise was true that I will cry, today the whole nation crying. Don't take the curses of government employees and increase their salaries Think of the doctors, nurses, paramedics and security forces working at frontline fighting coronavirus. I salute those who are fighting against COVID-19.”

He questioned that a quarantine centre of Rs. 900 million has been set up in Lahore International Expo Center which has now been shut down.

“Rs. 909m have been eaten in a month and a half. Everyone is making money. Today Bangladesh is ahead of us in every way in the economy. In our country, there is neither education nor health. What has been kept in this budget for education and health.”
