Sushant Singh Rajput has left the entire nation in shock after the actor committed suicide in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. While there are various theories of his sad demise circulating in the media, one report also claimed that Sushant was supposed to get married in November this year.

According to The Times of India’s report, Sushant's cousin revealed that the actor and his family were gearing up for wedding preparations. They were reportedly planning to pay him a visit to Mumbai soon after the relaxation of the lockdown.

Elaborating more, the report further stated that they were planning a private wedding with just some close relatives and friends in attendance in November. However, he did not reveal the name of the girl.

Sushant was reportedly dating actress Rhea Chakraborty. Although they have never come out in open about their relationship, their outings, dinner and movie dates, and social media PDAs spoke volumes about their love affair. The rumoured couple was also spotted outside their gym after they worked out together.

Reports were also rife that they were soon starring in a film together and hence they were training together for their respective characters. However, there was no confirmation or announcement of the same. Sushant and Rhea have always maintained that they were good friends.

On the work front, he was supposed to be seen next in Mukesh Chhabra’s ‘Dil Bechara’ co-starring Sanjana Sanghi.

Sushant Singh Rajput hanged himself at his Mumbai residence. His servant reportedly saw him and informed the police.
