Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday felicitated Chinese President Xi Jinping on his birthday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Taking to twitter, he wrote that under his dynamic leadership, China had emerged as Pakistan’s all-weather strategic partner.
