OIC condemns Israeli aggression on Iran, calls for urgent global action

The General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned Israel’s recent aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, calling it a blatant violation of Iran’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international laws and norms.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, in a statement issued from its headquarters in Jeddah, the OIC declared that the Israeli attack on Iran poses a serious threat to regional peace, security, and stability and warned of potentially grave consequences if such acts of aggression go unchecked.

The General Secretariat further urged the international community, especially the United Nations Security Council, to fulfil their responsibilities by taking immediate and decisive action to stop the aggression and prevent further escalation in the region.

The statement reflects growing concerns within the Islamic world about rising tensions and calls for collective international efforts to uphold peace and deter violations of sovereign rights.
