Woman, daughter shot dead by dacoits in Lahore

Incidents of dacoits killing people on resistance continue in Lahore unabated as a woman and her daughter were shot dead when they offered resistance to dacoits at Kahna area of the provincial capital on Sunday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Ayesha, woman, and eight-year-old Maheen, daughter, who were heading to Lahore from Kasur in a rickshaw, were intercepted by some bike riders at Kahna area who started looting them.
And when they resisted the robbery bid, the dacoits shot them dead.
Police have registered the case against unidentified persons on the complaint of Ayesha’s husband Dilawar.
Dozens of people have either been killed or injured by dacoits in Lahore in different incidents during the ongoing year.
