Coronavirus cases rise to 35,774 in Pakistan

The number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan increased to 35,774 as another 1,430 people tested positive for the virus during the past 24 hours.
According to National Command and Operation Centre update on early Friday, 33 people died of the virus, raising the death toll to 803.
On the other hand, there are 26,260 active cases currently in the country as 10,155 people have fully recovered from the infection.
Sindh now tops the list with most number of cases after 14,099 cases were reported in the province. Punjab is second with 13,914 followed by 5,423 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2,310 in Balochistan, 866 in Islamabad, 501 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 105 in Azad Kashmir.
The details of deaths recorded in different regions of Pakistan: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 284, Sindh 243, Punjab 234, Balochistan 30, Islamabad seven, Gilgit-Baltistan four and Azad Kashmir one.
On the other hand, 13,700 people were tested for the virus during the past 24 hours. Hence, the number of total tests conducted since the coronavirus outbreak has reached 344,450.
