Qureshi discusses Palestine, Afghanistan situation with Chinese FM

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Saturday made a phone call to his Chinese counterpart and aware of the Israeli aggression against Palestinians.
He also held a conversation with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on the matter of the Afghan peace process and some bilateral issues of both countries.
According to a report of 24NewsHD TV Channel, Foreign Office Spokesperson on Saturday told the media that Qureshi congratulated China for its success to land a space mission on mars.
The spokesperson said that Qureshi looked forward to the cooperation of both countries on the Covid-19. He also urged the international community to play its role to stop Israeli attacks on Palestinians.
He declared the current attacks of Israel serious threats to peace and stability in the Middle East suggested resolving the Israel-Palestinian-Conflict according to the resolutions of the United Nations (UN).
Qureshi termed the Israeli attacks on worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque were serious violations of international laws. He also appraised Prime Minister Imran Khan’s efforts and contacts with world leaders to resolve the current situation.
Talking about the Afghan peace process, Pakistani FM said that Afghan people should take advantage of the current situation to hold talks to found a solution.
