Thai Air issues guidelines for ticket change, refund of cancelled flights

Thai Air has issued guidelines for ticket change and refund for passengers of cancelled flights due to closure of airspace during Pakistan and India war, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Guidelines issued for passengers whose flights were cancelled between May 10 and 15.
Passengers were directed to change the next date and route without any additional charges.
Passengers who do not want to travel will be given a 100 percent refund of their tickets and this facility is available to passengers until May 31.
Five flights from Lahore and Islamabad, while four from Karachi were cancelled.
