Turkey FM to meet Russia delegation in Istanbul Thursday

Turkey's foreign minister was on Thursday to meet the Russian delegation that is in Istanbul for their first direct peace talks with Ukraine in three years, a spokesman said.

"Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will hold a meeting with the Russian delegation headed by Vladimir Medinsky at Dolmabahce (palace) this evening," foreign ministry spokesman Oncu Keceli said.
