Police foils bid to smuggle 25kg hashish in Jacobabad

Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) police thwarted an attempt to smuggle 25 kilograms of fine-quality hashish and arrested two people in Jacoabad, reported 24News HD TV Channel on Friday.
The incident took place in Habayar Hotel in Jacoabad.
CIA police said that after credible information, a CIA team signalled a suspicious truck to stop near Harbayar Road. Later, the CIA police impounded the truck.
The accused escaped from the scene, taking advantage of the darkness. Later, the CIA police shifted the suspicious truck to the police station.
Legal proceedings are still underway.
