A young cricketer, Rizwan from a local club died of a heart attack while playing cricket, reported 24NewsHD TV.

An exhibition match was being played between Bantuwa Club and Combined Club at DMC Ground.

The match between Bantuwa Club and Combined Club was being played in the grounds of Dow Medical College.

During the match, Combined XI player Rizwan complained of chest pain.

Rizwan was rushed to Dow Medical College Hospital for medical treatment. While Rizwan died, eyewitnesses said that Rizwan had suffered a heart attack in which he lost his life.
