The rivalry among the members of the Tarakai family of district Swabi has intensified, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

The PTI MNA Usman Tarkai and his brother Buland Iqbal Tarakai on Tuesday accused their nephew Provincial Education Minister Shehram Tarakai for a police raid at the residence. 

Reacting to this, Usman Tarakai and Buland Iqbal Tarakai threatened to take revenge on Shahram for this humiliation. 

Tarakai family, the main family of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in the district of Swabi has been enjoying a strong position in the province. The family remained so dominant that none of its family members tested defeat in elections in Razaar tehsil, once a stronghold of the Awami National Party.

However, there is a divide among the members over petty issues. This crack appeared to be widened when a conflict again occurred during the inauguration ceremony of Shahzeb Degree College in Shiwa Ada, Swabi on October 17.

Shahram Khan Tarakai and Buland Khan Tarakai had a disagreement about the inauguration of the college. It was reported that the absence of the name of MNA Usman Tarakai on the college plaque led things to go astray. Moreover, Buland Khan and Usman Khan were eagerly waiting for the inauguration ceremony.

Now, the uncles holding Shahram Khan behind the police raid at their residence had given a clear warning to Shahram Tarakai and said that now they will take revenge for the disrespect.
