Justice Kamran Mullakhel appointed acting chief justice of BHC

Justice Kamran Mullakhel was appointed the acting chief justice of the Balochistan High Court on Saturday.

The Law Ministry has issued a notification of the appointment.

The notification states that Justice Kamran Mullakhel will serve as the acting chief justice until appointment of a permanent chief justice.

Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Rozi Khan Barich has been elevated to the Federal Constitutional Court.
