Azma Bukhari claims political victimization is thing of past
Commenting on the report published in The Economist on former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari on Saturday said that it was 100 per cent accurate, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a statement, she said that now when Imran’s crimes had been revealed, international publications were beginning to lay bare his wife’s character as well.
She further said that the British publication had removed the mask from the evil which was hidden behind apparent spirituality.
Azma said that during three and a half years of the PTI government, Imran danced to the drumbeat of Pinki, Gogi and Usman Buzdar.
Calling Bushra ‘Peerni’, the minister said she fooled her husband.
She said that countries were not run through magic.
She went on to say that political victimization, which was the hallmark of the PTI government, had now become thing of the past.
She claimed that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and PML-N stalwart Rana Sanaullah were mentally tortured on Bushra’s orders. “But now when Maryam is the province’s chief minister, Bushra has been provided B Class facilities in jail.”
