Big reshuffle in bureaucracy as DIG Helena set to join UN Mission

A big reshuffle of bureaucrats on key posts has been done on Wednesday, 24News HD TV channel reported.
According to the report, the government had appointed the first Pakistani woman Deputy Inspector General (DIG) police Helena Iqbal Saeed to serve in United Nations (UN) Mission.
The government approved the appointment of DIG Helena Iqbal in UN Mission on August 10 and the notification has been issued today.
Deputy Secretary of the Institutional Reforms Cell of the Prime Minister’s Office Aamir Hussain in grade 19 has been changed and his services have been returned to the Commerce Division.
Deputy Secretary Religious Affairs Tariq Khan's services have also been returned to the Commerce Division.
SSP Muhammad Ali posted in Justice System Support Program has been extended till March 31, 2022. He is serving as a provincial technical advisor in the program.
The government had returned the services of Section Officer Finance Division (Military) Khushnood Mohammad to the Federal Government Educational Institutions Directorate Rawalpindi.
The government has appointed Yawar Husain, grade-20 officer as Joint Secretary in the Home Division. He was previously posted in Balochistan government.
The government had also posted the grade 19 officer Muhammad Anwar-ul-Haq as Deputy Secretary in the Home Division.
Both the officers belonged to the Pakistan Administrative Service.
While grade 19 officer Maisam Abbas, Grade 19 has been appointed as Additional Director Finance in the Civil Services Academy, Lahore and Dr Gul Muhammad has been posted as a member of the Planning Department of Sindh.
The Establishment Division Wednesday issued all the notifications of the said transfers and postings.
