PIA to operate daily flights to London after securing more airport slots

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has decided to operate a daily flight to London, with seven flights scheduled each week from Pakistan.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the Pakistan International Airlines will operate the flights jointly from Islamabad and Lahore.

According to sources, five weekly flights will operate from Islamabad to London, while two flights each week will depart from Lahore.

The decision comes after the return of London flight slots previously held by Turkish Airlines, sources said.

With the additional slots, PIA will now be able to operate one flight to London every day of the week.

The move will increase the airline’s direct services between Pakistan and the UK and provide passengers with daily travel options from the two major Pakistani cities.
