98 students cleared Karachi matric examination

Board of Secondary Education Karachi on Saturday announced the results of the matriculation in which 98 percent of students passed the examination in 2021, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As many as 4,355 students got E-grade with grace marks while 4,697 students got D-grade with grace marks.

Students were advised to check their results if they desired so on the BISE Karachi website or by sending an SMS ‘BISE space Roll number’ on 8583.

Separately, Pervez Akhtar Khan, CEO, District Education Authority (DEA), has been transferred.

District Education chief Pervez Akhtar Khan, who heads 1,200 public schools and over 8,000 private schools in Lahore, has been transferred.

Pervez Khan has been transferred to the disposal of Secretary Schools Education.

Secretary Schools Education Ghulam Farid has appointed Ghias Sabir, Principal Government Islamia High School Lahore Cantt, as the new CEO of Education.
