High speed diesel up Rs12.44 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs10.95 per litre

October 16, 2021 10:13 AM

The Pakistani public already crushed by the unbridled inflation was again thrown into deep trouble by the insensitive rulers who have raised the prices of petroleum products by up to Rs12.33 percent, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

There have been cruel leaders at all times and ages in Pakistan’s history, but the ruthlessness of these leaders towards the public surpasses all.

Increasing the rates for the several straight weeks, the Federal Finance Ministry on Saturday morning announced alarming rise in prices of different petroleum products.

The price of petrol has gone through the roof with an increase of Rs10.49 per litre which means the petrol will now be available to commuters at record Rs137.79 per litre – a historic figure.

Similarly, the price of high speed diesel was also fuelled by Rs12.44 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs10.95 per litre and light speed diesel rate also became dearer by Rs8.84 per litre.

The insensitive raise in POL prices would no doubt bring another burning wave of price hike in all sectors including transport.
