New Zealand set a 164-run target for Pakistan

Kiwis have set a 164-run target for Pakistan in the third T20I of the five-match series being played at the Gadhafi Stadium here on Monday, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.  
The guest side posted 163 for five in their mandatory 20 overs, with the help of skipper Tom Latham who made 64 in 49 balls with the help of seven fours and two sixes. He was supported by Daryl Mitchell who secured 33 runs. 
Pakistan’s fast bowlers Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf who took two wickets each again had played a vital role in restricting New Zealand to a lower total than expected. When both batsmen Latham and Mitchell were about to take off in the middle of the game, the experts were predicting more scores. 
Pakistan are leading the series 2-0. 
A win in this match would give Pakistan a series victory and will also make Babar Azam the first captain to lead his team to 43 wins in T20Is.
The win would also mean that Babar Azam would win his 10th series as skipper, since taking over the captaincy in 2019.
