Terrorist caught in Mardan

The Mardan police have claimed to have arrested a terrorist, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday 

Reportedly, the arrested identified as Irshad, son of Sardar Hussain, was wanted in many cases related to terrorism.

According to the lawmen, a police team flagged down a speeding vehicle near a checkpoint on a local road but the rider started firing shots at them.

As police retaliated, the shooter sustained injuries and the cops arrested him. 

A hand grenade, arm and ammunition were also recovered from him.

The arrested was involved in heinous crimes and police were on the hunt for him.
