Man shot dead wife, cousin over second marriage issue in Faisalabad

A man killed his wife and a female cousin after a dispute on his second marriage without the consent of family in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

According to the officials of the Sadar police station Faisalabad, accused Babar, a resident of Noorpura, got married secretly without consent of his wife Robina Bibi.

When his wife Robina came to know about the second marriage of his husband, she got into a heated argument at home with her husband Babar.

Accused's cousin Saniya also supported her sister-in-law in this regard on which the accused became enraged and shot dead both.

However, the accused managed to escap after from spot after committing crime.

The bodies of the deceased women were shifted to the hospital for post-mortem while police started searching the accused after registering a case.
