Yay! Saba Qamar and Nauman Ijaz’s ‘Mrs & Mr Shameem’ finally landing on YouTube

One of the favorite Pakistani superstars Saba Qamar and Nauman Ijaz’s chart-topping project ‘ Mrs & Mr. Shameem’ is finally landing in the country Pakistan through one of the busying social media platforms YouTube after two years of its official broadcast as it was previously exclusive to the Indian-owned website ‘Zindagi’: however, the YouTube would absolutely air the first episode of the series from April 26 at 7:30 pm.

The aforementioned update which is leaving Pakistanis completely hooked with delight and excitement has been confirmed by some renowned media portals while the film’s star Saba Qamar also assured the updates through her Instagram uploads.

The exciting show, named 'Mrs & Mr. Shameem', starring lead characters Saba Qamar as Umaina, an independent hostel girl, and Nauman Ijaz as Mr Shameem with effeminate characteristics.

The upcoming series which just comprises on just 20 episodes revolving around an unexpected love story challenging societal norms and expectations. As per the premises of the drama serial, the girl Umaina endures a hostel life in Lahore and Shameem is the elder brother of Umaina’s friend. The community makes fun of Shameem for being effeminate. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, they are forced to live together and get married. Later, they fall for each other and face the challenges of their life together.

Mrs & Mr Shameem is directed by Kashif Nisar, who is known for dramas Dumpukht Aatish E Ishq, and O Rangreza. It has been produced by Nisar and Misbah Shafique while the script has been penned by contemporary writer Sajjad Gul.
