Health department suggests vaccinating children in Punjab
The health department Tuesday recommended Punjab government to vaccinate children against coronavirus
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the recommendation was forwarded by the Department of Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Punjab following an increase of corona in the fourth wave.
The department had suggested to the Punjab government that it should make a decision to vaccinate children between the ages of 12 and 18.
As per the reports, the health department had also collected the data of all 12 to 18 years old children in the province of Punjab.
The health department also suggested to the government to take the decision of vaccination to the children with the consent of the National Command Operation Center (NCOC).
It is also said in the report that the underage children would be vaccinated on the same CNIC of their parents.
