The federal cabinet of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has given approval to the removal of the Secretary of the Petroleum Division, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
According to the sources, the government has decided to remove Secretary Petroleum Division Ali Raza Bhutta from the post.
The sources said that the federal government has also taken a decision to appoint Shakeel Malik as the new Secretary Petroleum Division.
The sources confirmed that the federal cabinet has approved the summary of the removal of the Petroleum Division secretary through circulation.
The sources said that the Establishment Division will issue notification of transfer and appointment soon.
