Parliament’s joint session put off till Sept 22 next

A change in the schedule of the joint session of the Parliament was introduced Wednesday, with September 22 as the new date for the joint setting to be held, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The National Assembly speaker introduced the change in the schedule of the joint session of the Parliament in exercise of the powers delegated under Rule 4 of the Parliament (Joint Sittings) Rules, 1973.
A notification of change in schedule of the joint session was also issued. Earlier, the Parliament’s joint session was scheduled to be held on August 22 next.
