The Punjab government has refused to hand Shehbaz Gill over to the centre, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported Wednesday.

On the order of the Punjab government, Shahbaz Gill is being transported to DHQ Rawalpindi, according to sources in jail.

The Punjab government issued the order and he is quite well, the insiders said.

In a statement, the Islamabad police said that Shahbaz Gill has not been subjected to torture during physical remand.

Shahbaz Gill has not said anything like that whenever he has been presented in the court, the police stated, adding that he underwent medical checkups and the court too went through the reports regularly.
