Foreign media says crypto diplomacy elevates Pakistan's position in US

Pakistan’s innovative crypto diplomacy is beginning to pay dividends, gaining recognition in Washington and opening new investment opportunities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the British daily Financial Times, the strategic vision of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Pakistan’s recent crypto initiatives have helped elevate the country’s profile in the US capital.

Analysts, including Michael Kugelman, a senior fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation, noted an unexpected upswing in US-Pakistan relations, marking a new chapter after years of turbulence.

The report suggests that while ties between Islamabad and the Trump administration are improving, the development has caused unease in New Delhi.

As part of this effort, Pakistan has secured entry into Trump’s business inner circles through crypto engagements.

Notably, World Liberty Financial has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with the Pakistan Crypto Council, signalling deeper economic collaboration.

Pakistan is preparing to tokenise its vast mineral resources worth trillions of dollars, with Bilal Bin Saqib, Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain, actively participating in high-level trade negotiations in Washington.

The report highlights that Pakistan’s crypto potential was effectively showcased to Trump’s close advisors and US business stakeholders.

As a result, Pakistan’s projects have garnered American praise and interest, significantly expanding prospects for future investment.
