Car crushes to death teenage biker in Karachi hit-and-run

In a hit-and-run incident, an unknown vehicle smashed into a motorcycle killing its teenage rider and injuring a girl sitting behind, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Reportedly, a 17-year-old boy was riding the motorcycle and 21-year-old girl was sitting behind him. As they reached near Punjab Chorangi, Defence Phase II, Karachi, an unknown car hit the bike.

As a result, the boy killed on the spot while the girl sustained injuries. 

Police arrest injured bandit during encounter

Separately, a shootout was held between police and dacoits in Soormar Goth, Karachi.

A dacoit identified as Faheem got injured during the encounter.

Police arrested the injured dacoit. However, his accomplices managed to flee.

Police said the wounded bandit was shifted to the hospital. They said that a 30-bore pistol and a motorcycle were recovered from his possession.
