Islamabad court upholds non-bailable arrest warrants of KP CM Gandapur

District Sessions Court Islamabad upheld non-bailable arrest warrants of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in an audio leak case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

According to the channel report, a hearing of the case was conducted by Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar. 

CM Ali Amin Gandapur and Asad Farooq did not appear in court. The accused’s lawyer, Raja Zahoorul Hassan Advocate, appeared in court.

The court upholds the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur, and Asad Farooq adjourned hearing of the case till January 9.

Golra police station has registered a case of audio leak against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
