A truck collided with the rickshaw standing near the Gujranwala general bus stand Monday killing two passengers in the rickshaw on the spot, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Two other passengers were also injured in the road accident.

The dead were identified as 62-year-old Khalil and 40-year-old Jalil. Rescue teams shifted the injured persons and dead bodies to the hospital. 

Sources said that the accident occurred due to the over-speeding of the truck.
