In another incident of blatant lawlessness in the provincial capital of the most populous province in the country, a girl was kidnaped in broad daylight in front of her brother in Hanjarwal area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Friday.

According to the report, alleged accused Mubashar along with his accomplices attacked the brother-sister duo in Hanjarwal area.

They tortured the brother of the girl before taking away the girl.

Brother Nauman was taking her sister Naweera to Imran’s house for her job there.

The footage of the torture and kidnaping of the girl has also been surfaced but the police have yet to register a case.

A woman named Kausar has filed an application with the police regarding the kidnapping. However, the police gave failed to register the case despite receiving the application and video footage of the incident.
