Child-Friendly Medico-Legal Clinic established in Karachi

Sindh Minister for Health Dr. Azra Pechuho inaugurated the first Child-Friendly Medico-Legal Clinic at the Police Surgeon's office in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The clinic will provide special facilities to children who are victims of violence, exploitation, and abuse.
Medical facilities, including check-ups, counselling, and security, will be provided in one place.
Four more Child Medico Legal Clinics will be established in Sindh. The project was started in collaboration with UNICEF, UK Aid, and Awaz Two.
Dr. Samia Saeed said that a trauma-free environment is being provided to children. Sindh Health Minister said that every child should have access to medical facilities with dignity, sympathy, and security.
