A fire broke out in a motorcycle and washing machine manufacturing factory in Gujranwala on Wednesday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The blaze started in the wood godown and quickly spread to other parts of the famous Super Asia factory, situated in the Kangni Wala area of Gujranwala.

Five fire tenders and rescue teams were involved in the operation to extinguish the fire, which took hours before it was brought under control.

The blaze also damaged the adjacent building. Two workers who received burn injuries in the incident were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
