Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto appointed chairman of Sindh Service Tribunal
The Sindh government on Tuesday appointed Justice (Retired) Naimatullah Phulpoto as chairman of the Sindh Service Tribunal, according to an official notification issued by the provincial law authorities.
The appointment was formally notified by the Sindh Law Department, confirming that Justice Phulpoto will serve in the position for a period of three years.
Officials stated that the appointment was made on the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, in line with the prescribed legal and procedural requirements.
Justice Phulpoto, who has previously served with distinction in the judiciary, is expected to bring his extensive legal experience to the tribunal, which plays a key role in adjudicating service-related matters of government employees in the province.
The Sindh Service Tribunal is responsible for hearing appeals and resolving disputes concerning civil servants, making the chairman’s role crucial in ensuring timely and fair decisions on administrative and service issues.
